2. Keep work environment clean, safe and organized at all time. Servsafe is a plus.
3. Work days, nights and be willing to close.
4. Consistent production of food items.
5. Must be comfortable on saute, broil, and pizza stations.
6. Must be able to work in a team driven fast paced kitchen.
7. Strong communication skills.
