About this job
This position is in general Assembly which will involve working with small parts and assembly. Previous experience is not required. There is less microscope, more sitting and working with your hands. Employees will be working with 3 inch wires and cables. Product is larger, which is why there is less 'scope. Employees will be asked to train on 1st for 6-8 weeks then move to 2nd, where they'll be on long term for a contract-to-hire.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Operate a crimper, cutter, tweezers, needle nose, potting, spot welding, equipment, and or machines
2. This position will assemble parts into sensors, which may include twisting, pulling, or pushing
