JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training * Manage the upload of personnel files to Documentum * Documents must be uploaded and indexed correctly QUALIFICATIONS: * Associate's degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experiences in the field or in a related area * Candidates with an HR background preferred * Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within particular field SKILLS: * Has a keen attention to detail * Must be able to work independently and have the ability to handle sensitive information You can see it.
