Detailed
*Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
*Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
*Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
*Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Thorough knowledge of core operating systems both locally and at corporate headquarters
*Research and assist in resolving client inquiries and issues through to resolution; displays initiative to problem solve and escalate when appropriate, ability to work independently.
*Responsible for accurately opening and closing of accounts; including tracking of incoming/outgoing transfer of assets and cash, and maintain client files.
*Process various client requests including but not limited to; wire transactions, funds transfers, and requests for distributions.
*Accurately and timely prepare correspondence, reminders/ticklers, reports, proposals and other administrative functions.
*Coordination of meetings, calendar management, answering phones, filing, and processing of mail.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in the financial services industry and/or Wealth services.
*Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) client database
*Assist in the development and maintenance of client investment portfolios and investment reports Development of client financial plans
*Conduct input and analysis of client data using a variety of computer
*Manage an implement computerized client account aggregation software and communicate with clients on this software use
*Communicate with firm clients as appropriate
*Has the ability to learn & adapt to changes in technology
