Key Functions: *Ensure accurate accounting and security for all inventory stored in stockroom locations, and materials issued to and returned from production *Consult with superiors and subordinates to develop goals *Partner between teams, shifts, and departments to meet these goals *Supervisor cycle count process in all inventory areas *Hire, Develop, and Evaluate personnel *Establish effective work flow patterns *Create and modify processes in collaboration with leadership to achieve goals *Maintain advanced reports Required skills/Education: *Associates degree or a combination of education and experience with a minimum of three to five (3 -5) years of inventory control supervisory experience in a high volume manufacturing/repair environment. *Knowledge and clear understanding of inventory control systems and processes. *Knowledge and understanding of material requirements and planning. *Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office product line as well as other *Knowledge of inventory and warehousing processing procedures. *Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, carriers, customers and other external contacts. *Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment. *Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel as well as external personnel. *Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems *Expert level user of MS Excel. *Working knowledge or better of Visio.
