Manpower has several exciting opportunities offering various shifts in Red Wing as a Customer Service Representative! Preferred Qualifications:Candidate must be able to provide superior customer service through pleasant and professional communications, must have strong written and verbal skills, able to type 35+ words per minute, have the ability to learn new software, and perform as a team player. Duties Include: Answering customer calls Managing customer expectations professionally with positive results Maintain knowledge of all product lines Ability to up sell when applicable Perform duties safely and in accordance with company policies Qualifications and skill requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years related customer service experience working in a fast paced office environment, outstanding phone etiquette, and strong time management skills.
