As a Deposit Products Representative, you will be taking incoming calls from existing and potential Discover Bank Customers (Checking, Savings, transfers...)
You will respond to customer inquires by telephone, research and analyze customer problems, make adjustments to customers accounts, and maintain records of problems and inquires handled.
