We are Restaurant Depot - OPENING IN ANDOVER, MA
We have the following exciting opportunity open:
Assistant Deli (includes but not limited to the following):
Report directly to the Deli Manager
Ensures deli area is managed to have the best customer experience.
Produce exceptional displays
Manage inventory counts; including product rotation and destructions
Supervise a team of associates.
Lead tea through counts, safety and freshness
Respond to the needs of customers
Work with other departments and warehouse locations to ensure merchandise is available.
Qualifications
Previous management experience in the retail, grocery, deli, hospitality, or restaurant industry highly desired.
Math skills for ordering and inventory.
The knowledge of deli products
Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees.
Demonstrated excellent people skills are required
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects.
