About this job
I am currently interviewing on behalf of my client in the wilkes-Barre area for upcoming Customer Service Representative openings. These openings are full time, contract to hire positions with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Daily responsibilities will include:
- 20-40 Calls in an Inbound Call center per day
- Calls ranging from 10 to 60 minutes or longer
Qualified candidates should have the following experience:
-1-3 years of customer service experience, prior call center experience preferred
-High School Diploma or GED required
