We are now taking applications for Benefits Specialists in the Frisco, TX area.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of customer service expereince
-Healthcare background preferred
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Contact insurance companies on behalf of physician's offices to verify patient-specific benefits
* Ask appropriate questions regarding patients' benefits, complete data entry, and/or forms to document patients' benefits coverage
* Complete prior authorization research
* Assisting by locating coverage options for uninsured and underinsured patients
* Offer customer service outreach
* Inform with coding support and billing inquiries
Hours: 730am-5pm
Pay: $16/hour
