Restaurant & Lounge is seeking part-time Host, Servers, to work weekend and holiday shifts. Must have at least 1 years experience, be highly motivated, friendly and energetic, and have a passion for food and wine. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

We have an immediate opening

The host must be great at handling pressure & multi tasking while maintaining control of the venue. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of service while managing reservations and seating fast-paced walk-in traffic. The host must be able to maintain an organized seating chart, have awareness of the status of seated parties, and be able to be aware of availability to accommodate incoming guests at all times. Previous experience in a fast paced environment is a must. 

The host position is for Friday and Saturday from 4pm-11:30pm. We need the candidate to be available and willing to agree to these hours. Generous hourly rate.

**SERVERS
We are looking for servers. Since we are open every day of the week, applicants should be available for all shifts.

-Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties.
-Assumes 100% responsibility for quality guests' experience.
-Welcome and greet guests within two minutes of being seated.
-Informs guests of specials and menu changes.
-Offers specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert recommendations either upon request or you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
-Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
-Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system before taking item to the table.
-Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
-Clean and prepare the table for the arrival of menu items.
-Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
-Complete opening and closing checklists.
-Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
-Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
-Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
-Provide proactive beverage refills
-Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
-Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
-Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
