Position Description:
Our customer service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take calls from members and providers.
- Handle preauthorization calls for upcoming surgeries, hospital admissions, imaging and therapy, etc.
- Enter all data into the EMR database.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Work Shift - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their use for phone and off phone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data Entry experience.
