2nd Shift CNC Milling Machinist - Full-time

CoWorx Staffing is currently hiring a driven manufacturing professional with exceptional work ethic to fill a 2nd shift opening (3:45 pm -- 12:15 am) in Ayer MA.

As a Milling Machinist you will be responsible for:
-Set tool offsets to compensate for adjustments.
-Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
-Verify settings by adhering to blueprint specifications.
-Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, cutting, and milling.
-Understanding of G-Code.
-Take measurements.
-Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot.
-Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
-Accomplish organization goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience
-Minimum 2 years experience required
-Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and sketches to produce parts
-Conceptual Skills
-Process improvement
-Knowledge of OKUMA, FADALS, and ROBODRILLS a plus
-Functional and Technical Skills
-Tooling experience is a plus
-Attention to Detail
-Excellent Verbal Communication
