Pinnacle Office Solutions, LLC is seeking a full time bookkeeper/administrative assistant to help manage our financial records

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Accounts Payable/Receivable coding, posting, and processing
* Resolve account / billing issues
* Accounts Receivable Collections
* Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
* Reconcile merchant accounts
* Process expense reports and maintain travel expense balances
* Process weekly time sheets and prepare payroll for processing
* Assist with payroll and hiring processes
* Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
* Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Skills/Qualifications
* Associates degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
* Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles
* Proficient with MS Office
* Preference with strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
* Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
* Willingness to assist in various projects
* Comfortable with client calls
* Excellent written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills
