Responsibilities include:

• Drives truck to destination
• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition
• Maintain driver log according to customer regulations
• Assist workers in loading and unloading truck (50 LBS. – 60 LBS. LOADS)
• Load (using a forklift)
• Maintain clear, concise communication with dispatch & management team to ensure optimal utilization

Successful Driver skills and characteristics:

• Valid Class D Drivers License
• Proof of Forklift Certification
• DOT Medical Examiners Certificate
• Must have familiarity with Roads, Streets and Highways within the NYC Metro Areas.
• Excellent communication skills
• Highest commitment to customer service and attention to detail
• Committed to safety at all times
• Excellent attendance

Pay Rate: $10.00-$12.00 per hour (based on experience level)
