Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives
M - F 8am to 5pm
This worker will be at a computer all day long. They will only be working in the EDI system processing orders. This worker should have experience with I-Trade or an EDI interface system. Must have demonstrated attention to detail.
Worker will be sitting at a portal working between 3 windows in the interface. They will confirm the orders send from customers, ship the order and re-invoice the order. The most important part of this position is to confirm all parts of the order have shipped and that the total price matches what is in the system to what is on the invoice.
This worker will need to know to raise issues to the Hiring Manager if something doesn't match.
