The Regional Director of Dining Services is responsible for providing training and consultations to our Dining Services Departments for senior housing communities across New Mexico and Northern Texas.

Key responsibilities include:
*Provides hands-on and distance training in all areas of food and dining operations
*Leads and motivates on-site dining services management staff to achieve operating efficiencies in quality of service, food and beverage, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
*Oversees development and management of annual budgets for each community in the New Mexico and Northern Texas region
*Stays current on all Food Safety and Sanitation Codes, ensures all government regulations are adhered to

We seek the following principal qualifications:
*Education Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business or in a related field
*ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required
*5 + years supervisory dining services experience, preferably in a Country Club, Hotel (with conference center) or upscale Senior Housing setting.
*2 + years in a multi-facility role
*Knowledgeable of all aspects of food service positions with Food and beverage background.
*Financial, budgeting, cost management experience
*Experience working with a Senior Adult population is preferred
*Computer knowledge and purchasing systems experience preferred
*Knowledge of food sanitation standards and HACCP
*Associate development and training experience
*Energetic, service-oriented with a creative culinary flair
*Ability to travel up to 50%-75% and work some evenings/weekends as needed
