ManpowerGroup is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support our client's team. The pay rate for the assignment is $13/hr.
**Must have experience in the HVAC industry***
Description:
*Responsible for contacting customers by phone or in person to manage complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
*Completes appropriate forms.
*Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Recruit Service Providers to join extended warranty network.
*Accurately locates and dispatches a service provider for a claim through utilized program/software.
* Taking inbound/outbound calls related to all Dispatched claims, open claims issues and service provider related issues.
* Performs quality customer service through proper telephone communication.
* Dispatches service provides within accepted rate limits; responsible for controlling cost via lowest cost/highest quality service solution for each claim.
* Daily point of contact for the active service provider network.
* Monitoring and managing to performance metrics for the active service provider network.
* Handling new claim requests within SLA timeframe.
* Solicitation of new or existing service centers based on contact coverage needs.
* Faxing necessary forms to servicers for dispatching or service agreement negotiation purposes, and performing all necessary follow-up.
* Maintaining the data integrity of the current servicer network.
* Responsible for establishing and maintaining servicers account requirements (i.e. rates, pay codes, authorization levels, program codes, service levels, etc.) within internal and external systems.
* On-time attendance and schedule adherence.
* Achieve and maintain overall departmental objectives
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Sales and recruiting abilities (must cold call servicers to recruit them to become part of extended network).
* Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus.
* Analytical/ technical skills.
* Results oriented, able to work well under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask
* Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills. Including the ability to de-escalate.
* PC literate (Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook a must).
* Consistently meet deadlines.
* Problem solving skills.
* Professional phone skills.
* Ability to negotiate.
* Internet researching ability.
* Basic product knowledge, appliances, consumer electronics, and/or personal computers
Beneficial Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Technical Experience
* Project Management Skills
* Knowledge of how to sell and support service contracts in the extended service agreement business.
* Team Orientated
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year experience within National Service or equivalent leadership experience.
