F3 (Friends-Fitness-Fun) is a family activity and enrichment center that provides kids and their families a unique, safe, and fun place to learn and play. F3 offers a variety of great classes for kids to take on their own or with their families, amazing birthday parties, top-notch instructors, cutting-edge programming, first-class equipment, and outstanding customer service. Located in Westborough, MA, F3 will be opening in November 2014.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FUN, OUTGOING, ENERGETIC PROFESSIONALS WHO LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
Party Host(s):
Party schedule includes weekday afternoons, Saturday & Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Set up for party in each appropriate area of the facility
- Facilitate party activities and supervise children while remaining calm and courteous to families and staff.
- Host age-appropriate games and activities based on party familyaEURTMs requests and/or party childaEURTMs favorites.
- Serve food (usually pizza) and cake to children at party
- Clean up before, during and after each party
- Follow party manual policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- A love of working with children, an outgoing personality and a high energy level are a must!
- Ability to demonstrate and lead party activities, including sports, dance, music and games
- Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs and move play equipment
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff and families
- Ability to work as a team member and follow choreographed activities
- CPR and First Aid Certification desirable
- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND DAY PER WEEK
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Compensation:
$30 for each 2-hour party, plus tips
