Job overview
Cocktail Server is a member of the Food and Beverage team that assists in ensuring that IHR customer service and beverages standards are met.
What you will be doing
Promote and serve food and/or beverages to customers, ac cording to IHG standards and state laws in a safe, accident-free manner.
Requirements
- Must be hospitable, welcoming, and offer friendly guest service are essential requirements of the position.
- A minimum of one (1) year bar service experience is highly preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Communication and hospitality skills
- Full knowledge of state liquor laws
- Must havc urrent Food Handler's and Class 13 permits
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- A minimum of two years of experience in a high volume, high-end food & beverage operation
- Hotel experience is a plus.
