- Serve food & beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality.
- Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms.
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable of event menu items and their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods.
- Basic English language communication skills
- Able to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience is not required. We will train the right person!
