We are growing and expanding, seeking one additional key position to join our management team.
Minimum 3 Years extensive Front of House experience / with proven leadership qualities.
This position includes a wide range of job duties to help support our management team. Must be a self-starter, motivated, and energetic. Job duties consist of hiring staff, must have extensive micros experience and evaluate/raise average ticket sales and maximize revenues, and must have strong team building skills. Extensive knowledge of labor laws and on point HR management skills. Looking for that unique individual who is meticulously detail oriented and keenly aware of his/hers overall environment at all times, anticipating all of our guests needs, regulating business operations, and resolving guest issues. Responsible for labor cost management, service training, supervision, and floor oversight. Monitoring inventory, managing deliveries, meeting health and safety regulations, and coordinating promotions. Looking for that (1) exceptional individual who is passionate about their work and ensures all guests enjoy the highest quality dining experience.
