Part Time Finance Assistant Now hiring for a Part Time Finance Assistant at a well established logistics company! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to put their Quickbooks and Excel experience to use in a position with lots of schedule flexibility. Your duties may include: *Providing clerical and administrative support *Auditing, reconciling, and entering vendor invoices *Processing client invoices and payments *Answering basic client questions *Placing orders for COGS inventory and creating purchase orders *Answering main line and directing calls appropriately The successful candidate will: *Have strong computer skills, including excellent Excel & Quickbooks knowledge. *Have knowledge of basic accounting principles *Possess strong written and oral communication skills *Be able to multitask and prioritize work duties *Have strong attention to detail This is a part time position with the possibility of becoming temp to hire.
