Role
We seek friendly and reliable individuals who are dedicated to helping customers have a great experience with CustomInk to join our Sales and Service team. You must understand and care about satisfying customers, and have the communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to convert potential leads into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities
As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be on the front lines of winning and satisfying customers and strengthening our market position and brand identity. In this customer service role, you will be charged with assisting customers via phone and email to convert leads into sales and to address any order-related needs and problems. You will offer guidance on using our web site, respond to questions about products, help create designs, and communicate the advantages of choosing CustomInk. You will remain calm under pressure to resolve concerns while working closely with internal teams and members of our vendor network.

Measures of Success
You will be responsible for being the voice of CustomInk to potential and existing customers. Accordingly, the key measures of success will be based upon:

Converting potential leads into orders
Ensuring stellar customer service throughout our entire process
Communicating with customers in a timely manner through both phone and email
Resolving customer's problems in a timely manner and securing them as a repeat buyer
Qualifications
Our recipe for success is a candidate with strong computer skills, keen attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics; sprinkle in a dash of creativity and top it off with a little charisma. And we have a comprehensive training program in order to get you up to speed on all of our systems to make sure you come out just right.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, along with superior customer service skills. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet, and demonstrate great problem solving abilities. You enjoy being a team player in a fun, intense, and results oriented environment. We expect that you'll be helpful, professional and eager to learn. You must demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond for each customer to ensure that their expectations are exceeded.
