Pizza maker:
* One year experience in a pizzeria environment prefered
* One year in a kitchen environment required
* Have an eye for detail and a passion for making great pizzas 100% of the time
* Keep a sense of urgency and the ability to keep pace with a busy restaurant
* Know what needs to be done and maintain a positive attitude
* Understand and practice safe food handling, food storage and sanitation
Line Cook:
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic knowledge of proper food handling
* Ability to utilize independent judgment to accomplish the task at hand
* Competent in following procedures
