Potpourri Group Inc - North Billerica, MA
We will be holding a job fair on Tuesday and Thursday (October 7th and 9th) from 11am - 6pm! Come in and fill out an application and have an on the spot interview!
The Contact Center Sales Representative answers all inbound sales calls in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner while up-selling and cross selling as appropriate to meet company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Place orders for customers
* Up-sell and cross sell as appropriate
* Answer questions concerning website use, product availability and promotions
* Updating customer information in the system
* Relaying order status for existing customer orders
Experience Requirements:
* Solid computer and data entry skills
* Strong communication skills
* Strong team player with a "can do" attitude
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
