We are a local Home Instead Senior Care franchise office, the world's foremost provider of non-medical in-home care to seniors. We are looking for an organized, outgoing and dynamic person to coordinate the staffing of our client's schedules with our CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service. Candidates need to enjoy working in a fast paced, team oriented environment and be able to manage a high volume of phone work, problem solving and have the skill of multi-tasking.
 
Scheduling/staffing experience is preferred.
 
Responsibilities include:
• Office Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Maintaining CAREGiver/client schedules
• Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed
• Providing friendly knowledgeable customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor must be maintained at all times.
• Must be quick learner and analytical thinker with exceptional computer, communication and people skills.
• Must be willing to work as a CAREGiver if the need arises and cross train within office as needed.
• Must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
