Transaction Specialists for Financial Company - Full-time

Dynamic leader in the financial services industry is expanding to Omaha.  This is a great opportunity to be on the ground floor of the creation of a  new department. Several FT positions available for ‘will-do”  individuals to join their team as Transaction Specialists starting on November 3rd!  This position pays $13 an hour with a Monday-Friday, daytime work schedule.  Candidates who have good communication skills, administrative/technical skills, and are customer service oriented are strongly encouraged to apply!

Job duties and responsibilities include:

• Processing payments, payoffs return items, and collection extensions
• Reviews, prepares and processes incoming monetary transactions
• Answering incoming calls and spends up to 20% of the day on the phones
• Works continuously on a computer for a major portion of each day
• Sends customer correspondence, including form letters and those requiring some drafting
• Researches mis-posted items, missing payments and out-of-balance conditions

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma required
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or teller preferred
• Experience in Excel, and Word programs
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Deadline oriented
