Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

Job Purpose: Cashiers are responsible for interacting with guests as they enter the restaurant. It is the cashiers responsibilities to educate the guests on their food choices and answer any questions they may have about the restaurant or food.

Job Duties:

• Welcomes guests upon arrival to the restaurant
• Investigates guests’ wants/needs and assists to meet them
• Answers phones
• Rings in all orders, processes payment and instructs guests on the dining experience
• Maintains cash and cash equivalents in a responsible manner
• Solicits guest feedback and ensures guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• A passion for food
• Team focused individual with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a guest-facing role exemplifying outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work eight hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
