Tee Time Lawn Care is the fastest growing provider of lawn care services in the Quad Cities. Tee Time's success is a by product of providing a high quality service focusing on safer products that provide better results through its successful sales team. Tee Time is looking to open 3 to 5 additional offices in Iowa and is looking for sales people that can bring a professionalism, confidence and successful attitude to grow with the company.
We are looking for energetic, "make it happen", and reliable sales people to join our growing team. Our sales staff performs indoor sales (telemarketing), outdoor sales (door to door), or a hybrid of both. Sales leads are 50% to 100% warm.
Sales applicants must have a passion to succeed, be coachable and hold a valid drivers license. No sales experience necessary but is a plus. Closers will succeed. Sales positions are year round with compensation of base PLUS commission not straight commission or a draw (not your typical sales job). Compensation also includes benefits and bonuses Total Compensation ranges based on ability and commissions (30K to 65K).
