The Job
- Working with multiple interfaces locally and globally including internal customers, peer development and integration teams, sub-system providers, automation tools and lab technicians
- Interact with customers and find their "pain points", then document those areas and interact & coach the development team to build solutions
- Work with developers to enable running newly-developed features
- Definition of integration and test methodologies
- Troubleshooting and problem solving in line with the trouble tickets Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualification
- 5+ years' work experience in performing complex software implementations, integrations, and deployments with an educational background in computer engineering/ computer science
- Experience with deployments into in-house private clouds, external IaaS clouds & external PaaS clouds and equally offer experience in relational databases and SQL queries
- Advanced scripting skills (Shell, Perl) as well as JAVA programming skills
- Strong Linux and Windows background like command line syntax, text editor, etc.
- Very good communication skills and motivation to work & connect with global internal and external customers
