This is a temp-to-hire position

Location: Santa Paula
We have 2 open positions
Our Client is a successful packaging house for produce and has been operating for over 90 years. They have several open temp-to-hire positions for motivated and qualified people. Once hired the company offers an outstanding benefit package
The Tally Room Operator will work in a separate, air conditioned control room next to the packaging area. You will monitor the entire packaging operation.
Job Requirements
-- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
-- Must be able to multi-task
-- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
-- Must be able to prioritize
-- Experience with MS Word and MS Excel is a must
-- Basic match skills are needed
-- Good communication skills
-- Motivated and Smart personality
-- Must be able to work independently
-- Must be flexible to work. You will start at day shift (7.00 - 3.30). Weekend and night shift can be added later.
