Responsibilities:
Provide customer service over the phone and via email
Answer customer questions, address concerns
Assist customers with order placing
Outbound warm and cold calls to develop client relationships, identify leads
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, speak)
Good communication, written and oral
Advanced computer literacy; competence in Excel and other Office programs
Ability to multi-task
Sense of urgency
Attention to detail
