POSITION INFORMATION
Responsible for expediting all orders and transporting food items from kitchen to dining room as quickly as possible, in order to provide quality service according to ClubCorp standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to the dining room as soon as possible while following all ClubCorp standards of service.
Remove dirty and empty trays from the dining rooms at all times.
Keep work stations clean at all times.
Work with the kitchen and the wait staff to ensure accuracy of food orders.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience preferred.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Must be hard working, detail oriented, reliable and have great people skills.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and multi task.
Experience in a club setting is a plus!
