As a Helpdesk
Support Analyst you will become an expert on Anasazi Software providing
telephone and live support to internal and external customers. Support includes
resolving of application questions while caller remains on the telephone,
logging of calls, and follow up of 2nd level unresolved issues.  Position encompasses Business Liaison
responsibilities for San Diego sites. This staff person must have the ability
to resolve at least 90% of all calls within one business day.




Positions
in this function provide local technical support to UnitedHealth Groups
computer user community. Includes installations, computing problem resolution
and diagnosis of issue severity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • Previous experience with supporting computer hardware
  • HS Diploma/GED required 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college preferred
  • Previous experience with Anasazi Software
  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Experience with SharePoint databases and reporting
  • Help Desk experience with user applications support
  • Experience with data entry in mental health applications
