Call Center Representatives - Full-time / Part-time

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of call center, customer service, or office experience and history of great attendance in the work place.

Job Description:
- Must provide excellent customer service to customers
- Responsible for assisting with basic account inquiries
- Data entry will be required in order to update customer account information
- Various administrative or clerical duties may be required
- Company guidelines and performance metrics will need to be followed

Requirements: (MUST)
- Be flexible with shift (weekends/holidays)
- Have 2 years of inbound Call Center experience (preferred)
- Have basic spelling and math skills
- Pay strict attention to detail
