Immediate Openings – January 31, 2015
- Time: 07:00 AM – 3:30 PM may change to 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM Overtime & a few weekends. Pay Rate: $11.50
Responsible using our Warehouse Management System. He / she must be able to handle daily communication with the customer via email or telephone. Schedule inbound appointments.
- Inbound Orders
- Prepare inbound paperwork for the warehouse
- Receive the inbound paperwork back from warehouse and close the order
- Outbound Orders
- Wave Planning
- Wave Release
- Assign orders to picker
- Print Bills of Ladings
- Ship Orders
- Computer Skills; Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- May need to help in the small parcel area and ship orders in the warehouse
Requirements
Experience in technical support; function effectively under pressure; work well in a rapidly changing work environment; possess oral and written communications skills and shows good judgment and initiative.
