Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee project managers, providing mentorship and issue resolution
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
- Participate in the development of business strategy
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
- Have segment-wide impact
- Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 8 Years of leadership experience
- 8 Years of program management experience
- Experience managing project budgets over $3 million
- Experience in consulting
- Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis experience
- Ability to build and manage relationships, at all levels, across a large enterprise
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive large, highly complex projects
- Must be able to work in one of the following offices: Minneapolis, MN, Hartford, CT, Basking Ridge, NJ, Wausau, WI, Greenville, SC, Horsham, PA, Richardson, TX, Cypress, CA, Detroit, MI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to multiple project management methodologies
- PMP Certification
- Process implementation and re-engineering experience
- Experience with distributed teams
- Experience with local care delivery
- C-level interface and presentation skills
- Background in healthcare
