As part of our development team, you will predominantly be involved in building business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value. This role will be working on end to end on a core administration platform onsite at our client locations.


 


 


Primary Responsibilities:



 



  • Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them

  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

  • Participate in the development of business strategy

  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

  • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success

  • Develop use cases and user stories that describe application flows

  • Re-engineer processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency

  • Communicate design to all stakeholders

Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Open to 100% Travel

  • Configure and develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes

  • Knowledge/experience of EDIFECS Transaction manager, EDIFECS Application manager, Xengine, Spec Builder, EDIFECS HTR (Healthcare Transaction Repository)

  • Proficient in Java script, Core Java and Sql Server and JDBC

  • Strong EDI knowledge – 834, 837, 835, 277CA

  • Located in Minneapolis, MN; Hartford, CT; Basking Ridge, NJ
