Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Manpower has an immediate opening for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator in Arden North Carolina; pay rate for this position is $18 an hour. Job Description Processes sales quotations or orders for customers, coordinate internal resources to promote customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and timely delivery of products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *Validate order transaction data through a variety of documents and systems *Ensures accuracy/completeness of information and compliance with internal processes and policies and customer terms and conditions as well as customer specific procurement guidelines *Processes transactions using applicable systems and proper communication channels (for example, enters quote worksheet information into the appropriate system(s) and works with sales reps./technical consultants to eliminate configuration errors) *Works with field sales, inside sales, distributors, and resellers on pricing and quotations *Ensures pricing and other related information is correct on all transactions processed *Obtains proper authorizations *Maintains up-to-date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order fulfillment process *Analyzes databases, identifies discrepancies, and works with distributors to execute corrections. *Submits price change notifications to customers per customer requirements *Works with peers to identify process gaps and leads cross functional efforts to document and develop and implement process improvements Requirements *Bachelor's Degree *2-5 years' experience in role *Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases CRM preferred but not required For additional information on this role contact Katie.Kramer@manpowergroup.com
