As a machine operator, your responsibilities will include working the ground floor on all aspects of initial production, from molding preparation to machine operation, to final assembly and inspection on all custom plastic parts that are produced at the facility. You will be working as part of a team working towards a common goal so it is vital to keep a constant work pace and keep your work area clean when possible. The position is full time temp to hire so with hard work and great attendance review, an offer to be hired in directly should be made!
Qualifications:
Successful Candidates:
Are able to multi-task.
Take the initiative to perform other duties for fellow workers when work is slow.
Have accurate precision on all machinery, and consecutively complete step by step processes that they are trained on.
Are comfortable with repeated work and standing for long periods of time during a shift.
Are able to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
