Our client is seeking a contract analyst to support their large hospital group. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing, updating and editing contracts with hospitals.

Under the direct supervision of the Contract Revenue Manager, the Contract Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing new and revised hospital contracts to determine the rates, terms, invoice type, documentation requirements and billing schedule of the stipends. The Contract Analyst will ensure timely, accurate data entry of fixed and variable rate subsidies by reviewing executed contracts; meeting with Legal Department, Regional and Corporate management; preparing contract outlines and statistics; and obtaining missing documents or signatures within the department's required time frames.

Candidate that comes from an accounting and contracts and billing background will work the best. Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Candidate will effectively analyze new and revised hospital contracts, determines actions necessary, documents the requirements, and ensures follow-through.

Works with Legal, Operations, Accounting and other Pediatrix management to resolve pre- and post-execution contract issues on a cooperative and timely basis.

Accounting, bookkeeping, administrative and/or healthcare experience, or equivalent education, is also preferred.
