Youth programs are a vital part of some kid's lives. They provide children a place to continue to be successful outside of the classroom, as well as, engage in building relationships with a multitude of individuals. The YMCA OF MICHIANA is looking for motivated and highly energetic people who are interested in making a difference in the life of a child. Our Youth Development programs work to provide a safe and enriching place for kids to be their best selves.
The Y is a great place to begin or continue a career working with children. We are currently looking for forward thinking self-starters with a positive and flexible attitude.
Specific Areas of Interest Include:
Sports
Coaching & reffing
Lifeguards (Certified)
Experienced Swim Instructors
We're looking for candidates with different levels of experience, but all who are ready to work hard in our forward-moving Y. All positions are part-time, varying from 10-25 hours per week. Membership Benefits available.
