Housekeeper - Full-time

Oakwood Worldwide, the leading provider of temporary furnished and serviced apartments across the country, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to clean temporary furnished apartments in and around New Orleans. This position is based out of our warehouse in Harahan, LA.
THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors thoroughly
• Clean kitchens: stoves, ovens, refrigerators, pantry, cabinets and leave them looking like new.
• Wash floors and windows, interior and exterior
• Clean laundry rooms.
• Vacuum, dust and leave the apartment so clean that you would feel comfortable walking around barefoot.
• Sweep and wash balconies and patios. 

In order to qualify for this job you MUST have a Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record and proof of insurance. The candidate might have to drive their own vehicle to be able to perform this job.  We will train you to do this job in accordance with Oakwood standards and expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• BASIC knowledge of the English language
• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic and self motivated
• High level of attention to detail
