The Temporary Seasonal Associate position is a temporary position performing general clerical duties in the Accounts Receivable unit. The Temporary Seasonal Associate requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures, and provide additional support to the Accounts Receivable Department within Acosta. This role will also perform data analysys and perform reporting on Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Resolution of delinquent accounts
- Assist/ coordinate with revenue audit
- Will utilize spreadsheet or presentation software to create reports
- Will assist with data entry, filing, faxing , scanning or copying documents as needed.
- Documentation of the AR results on a monthly basis
- General office support and assistance with coordinating team meetings and functions.
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Effectively communicate with others.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ability to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier, shredder, calculator, and paper cutter Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 60 pounds.
