Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate and supervise personnel in the Wellness Department
* Maintaining a high level of service, high occupancy and meeting community financial goals
* Implementing and maintaining an accurate wellness record for each resident
* Supervising the storage/distribution of medication
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority

Position Requirements Include:
* High school diploma or GED
* Previous office experience preferred but not required
* Experience supervising multiple staff members, developing staff schedules, managing medical records, and completing physician orders a plus
* Creativity and quality team work skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
