PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing firm is seeking a Full Cycle Bookkeeper for a busy construction company. This is a temp to hire opportunity making up to $23.00/hour.

Job Description:



As the Full Cycle Bookkeeper you will manage the HR Department as well as the Accounting Department. As the Full Cycle Bookkeeper you will be tasked daily with the following but not limited to:

  • Full Cycle Accounts Receivables

  • Full Cycle Accounts Payables

  • Totaling hours on timecards

  • Payroll

  • Quarterly Reporting

  • Tax payments

    Job Requirements:

  • BS in Accounting/Finance

  • Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Data Entry 12,000 + kph

  • 5+ years’ experience as a bookkeeper

  • Experience in a construction company is a huge plus
