Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues.
  • Serves as a resource to others.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4+ years Previous experience performing data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel for developing reports, formulas, pivot tables, and creating charts/graphs
  • 2+ years Previous experience performing process improvements, workflow analysis and benchmarking
  • Ability to utilize MS Visio to create or modify workflows and process maps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience with Six Sigma analysis
  • Previous Workforce Capacity analysis or planning experience
  • Previous experience developing or modifying queries  within relational databases (i.e. Access, SQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Previous experience with SharePoint Design
