Reliability Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:
-This person is going to be responsible for managing the maintenance department
-Oversee the work orders and schedule the prentative maintenance programs (GPMaint, or similiar maint programs)
-Work as a project engineer to plan/perform the capital projects, manage electrical contractors, and maintain the major equipment files.
-Analyze plant, material flow, to effectively develope continuous improvement ideas
-Understand the financial impact of the maintenance department to the plant's success
-Having experience with PLC's is a plus (no programming) will be coordinating the electrical contracting work
-Leadership skills are a must and the ability to communicate professionallly
