Key Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with residents to evaluate nutritional needs and developing a nutrition care plan
* Documenting care information and reviewing records to determine client progress and making modifications to the diet plan
* Clinically supervising residents with high risk conditions such as diabetes, obesity, etc.
* Identifying the need for and developing nutritional education materials and toosl to assist residents
* Attending conferences, meetings, and educational programs to maintain currency in the field of nutrition

We seek the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition Science, or a related field
* Current Registered Clinical Dietician
* Two or more (2+) years of experience in nutritional counseling
* Experience with California state requirements for Skilled nursing or long term care preferred
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
